Pour 4 personnes
4 pavés ou filets moyens de saumon (100 gr environ)
4 petits morceaux de saumon fumé (environ 80 gr)
3 belles courgettes
1 cœur de bouillon (légumes du soleil)
80 gr de féta (allégée)
Sel, poivre, aneth
Couper les courgettes en dés et les faire revenir avec le cœur de bouillon. Poivrer et réserver.
Prendre les filets de saumon et les envelopper dans le saumon fumé. Je n’ai pas salé le saumon mais j’ai juste assaisonné de poivre et d’aneth.
Disposer les courgettes dans un plat à four et y mettre les paupiettes dessus et émiettez la féta. Faire cuire à 200° C 15 minutes. Servir bien chaud.

It was only yesterday I read an article from a site for stuffed salmon with cabbage leaves. It was literally delicious and my family loved it too. This recipe again seemed interesting to me. I am excited to give another treat for my family. Thanks for posting the recipe.
